After reading all the reviews on here I was expecting great things. Unfortunately, the clinic was a huge disappointment.
As soon as I walked in and confirmed my appointment, the receptionist talked endlessly about the current offers they had, etc, etc.
As this was the first time getting this type of treatment, and the therapist knew it was, I was expecting some sort of conversation about the treatment. But I got nothing - she didn't walk me through what was going to happen, what products she was going to use, how many mms (of the needle) she would be using on my skin - NOTHING. I had to ask questions/prompt her at every step, and luckily I researched lots before this treatment. At the end when I asked her how I should care for my skin for the next couple of days, she said "Did you get a leaflet from reception? It's all on there"... The leaflet is basic information you can get online, I wanted her expert knowledge. This attitude showed me that she's not knowledgable or she's just lazy.
The reason why I scored 2 for cleanliness is due to the fact that my therapist did not change her gloves to touch my face after cleaning up (i.e. replacing hand towel dispenser and leaving the room). This is just basic spa/clinic etiquette!
But my skin looks great a week after treatment!

I received complements on my skin after my first treatment. I booked a course of 6 treatments and after treatment two I can say I am still happy with the results.
