I got a last minute email cancelling the appointment, which was fine only that it didn’t give enough time to cancel thru the app and it was impossible to contact the salon to sort out a solution, I didn’t get anything done and haven’t received any refund
The booking got postponed twice. I was in the area so didnt really bother me. It would have if I was going to Acton only for the nails. The rest was ok
I live in the area so I may be back again
