I already go to Simply Special regularly for beauty treatments and decided to book in. Stacey is a lovely therapist, really kind and reassuring. The room was warm and inviting with a beautiful ambiance. The bed was warmed with a heated blanket and I was snug under blankets. I was so relaxed and the scalp massages and hair masks were amazing. The water was the best so soothing and warm. The shoulder and arm massages were a welcome surprise. I would highly recommend booking in, you won’t regret it
