Sam was great as always, I'm not a frequent waxer and only get a wax if I'm going on holiday. I haven't been for years but I felt relaxed and the experience was not as painful as I was dreading! Sam makes me feel comfortable and applies pressure /cool jel after a sore one. I wouldn't go anywhere else, thank you :)
