Having never been waxed before I was unsure because of the intimate area I was having done. However, upon my arrival I was put to ease almost immediately. The conversation was soon struck up and there was never any awkward silences. I soon forgot about just how intimate the waxing was and to them its a job. They are not looking and judging etc. I felt so comfortable I went back recently for another session. Can't recommend this place enough.
