I first visited Sam for waxing about 8 years ago. She is excellent at what she does and the salon itself is well set-up and very pleasant. I live a 2.5 hour train ride away, and for a year or so I found a salon in my city that was more convenient. But the procedure was more painful than when Sam does it and I was always left with spots and blemishes that needed around a week to go away. Last week I came back to Sam - minimal pain, a very professional procedure and no spots or blemishes. Superb
