This was my second appointment with Jo for a back/shoulder wax and,as with the first, I was delighted. Pretty much the least discomfort that I have experienced (which is a blessing!). There's a very friendly atmosphere and I was kept informed and any quetsions I had were answered. I'm happy to recommend both Sinwax and Jo
