This was my first waxing experience since a negative experience in my teens (I’m 33 now so that gives an indication as to just how scarring it was!)
Sam was exceptionally professional and reassuring, put me so at ease and while it was obviously a little nippy at times, it was nothing at all like I’d mentally prepared for. I’ll definitely be back, thank you so much for such a positive experience!
