Sam was spot on time, which is really appreciated as I hate to wait or to waste my time. She did a great job waxing my beard and it was definitely less painfull than me doing it on my own and she was using nice disinfecting products and balms which have dramatically reduced both the pain and the swelling. Highly recommend her services!
