Johanna was amazing - I was pretty nervous going in as it was my first intimate wax but it was so relaxed. We chatted about the news, the weather, holiday plans, etc and the whole thing was over so quickly. Not completely pain free, but not the super painful experience I was imagining, and no red bumps or bruises the next day - just super smooth skin! I will definitely be back.
