Sam was, as always, highly professional. She discusses your treatment and always explains what she is doing. Never any stress, embarassment or issues! If I'm honest, it's now like visiting a good friend, who has a gift to help and is entirely focused on customer satisfaction! Highly recommended.

Nice relaxing environment and very friendly staff. Only suggestion is better signage as it's quite well hidden and not easy to find.
