Johanna was the consummate professional. Loads of personality, with a lovely relaxed and courteous style. Nothing too much bother. First time I had had Jo as a therapist so naturally a bit nervous, I needn't have worried at all; every bit as good as Sam and she's outstanding! Safe, quick, painless and the venue is beautifully clean and very chilled out! Well done and thank you!

Excellent service was made very comfortable I have lowered the Ambience mark purely as the building could do with some modernising. It is perfectly practical and I like the fact it does not look like a beautician.
Johanna was very professional there was no embarrassment or awkwardness while doing a male intimate wax. This was my first time being waxed by a professional but not the first time being waxed. It was not painful there were a couple of ouch moments from some hair that was removed for the first time EVER :)
I will definitely be back
