I came here based on the reviews but this turned out to be the most painful Hollywood wax I've ever had. During the wax, the therapist went over the same areas three times and my skin took two days to recover properly from the soreness. This has never happened before. They also don't provide a towel when you go into the therapy room which I thought was odd. I don't know who gave me the wax but I do know that it wasn't Kelly so this experience is probably down to the individual however I will definitely not be coming back. What an awful experience.
