Such friendly staff and the actual waxing was made better by Kelly. She made sure I was calm and comfortable. She even recommended that I changed to hot wax so that my experience would be more seamless and painless. Loved it.

It was my second time doing Hollywood and I was completely dreading it as the first time was so painful i cried, so I was so surprised when it was so painless. My anxiety was more painful than the actual waxing! Overall Kelly is such a pleasant and skilled worker. Definitely worth the money. Would recommend and definitely going there again.
