I’ve tried contacting them to resolve this and they refuse. Won’t be going again!

I haven't had an eyebrow thread before and was worried the therapist would change the natural shape too much, but she did an excellent job staying to my natures shape - it looks like when I do it, but so much better!!
The wax was how waxes are - never that enjoyable - but a thorough job was done and the therapist made me feel very comfortable and we had a laugh.
