My appointment was booked 1.5hours prior to arriving for it. Staff were running late and didn't tell me before I arrived that they couldn't fit me in. In the end they managed to 20-minutes later. Treatment was good and staff were nice but the booking process/communication between Treatwell, the salon and the client needs improving.
