I have been to this salon several times and it is always busy, one of their nail technicians is excellent and the others not quite as skilled. I find it very hit and miss who you get looked after by and this really reflects how your nails are left at the end of the treatment.

the girl who did my shellac did a good job. however, the older lady who removed the old shellac wasn't good - she filed my skin until it bled, then didn't clean it before coating the bleeding in nail polish remover! I'd go back again for the shellac but wouldn't get it removed here again.
