A bit fazed as to what would happen as a first timer but made to feel relaxed and how basically pain free we'll maybe A sting or two. Really happy with the results and will be back.

Friendly, no fuss, experienced staff put me at ease despite the slight discomfort of the IPL (no worse than I'd been advised). Worth it for the end result when the course of treatment will be finished, I'm sure.
