I have been going to sin waxing for around a year. Sam is always very friendly and creates a relaxed environment. She makes excellent recommendations and I am glad I made the decision to go for IPL. I highly recommend sin waxing for friendly staff and value for money :-)

I visit the salon every 4 weeks and have done for 2 years. I enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and the very professional team. They are quick and efficient and make the wax as painless as they can. The option to pay by standing order is very convenient and saves money in the long run.

Tucked away up an industrial looking alleyway so not v 'salon-like'. I arrived a couple of minutes late & had texted to let them know & got a reply saying no problem. When I arrived they'd taken someone else in in my place & the girl seemed v confused on bookings. Was asked to go away & come back 40 mins later. Got a call 5 mins later from owner asking me to go back now as they'd taken someone in my place by mistake as they'd arrived an hour early & the girl got muddled up so took him in instead. Then had to wait another 15 mins to go in while she finished with the guy. Wax itself was thorough but more painful than usual & quite a lot of sticky wax left as well as lots of ingrown hairs after. They did offer me a free return appt to make up for all of the inconvenience which was helpful. I'm sure the timing confusion was a one-off but based on my experience overall I wouldn't recommend this place.
