Sira showed interest and concern about the current events in my life and listened as I explained about the areas troubling me on my body. It was a very relaxed and quiet environment, very spacious and airy in the room. Sira used stones and pendulum and body contact with hands (sometimes reikis hover above body, thats why I highlight this). The warmth from her hands was an additional benefit for me as I am always cold. The time felt generous and I was much calmer by the end of the session!
