i asked for an ash toned colour and they gave me yellow, i didn’t even get who i asked to be booked with which was serdar infact i don’t even think he does hair because all i’ve seen him do is nothing lol all he does is walk around touching everyone’s hair and giving his opinions or sitting around all day. they were rude and try to squeeze money out of you by telling you one price then the next day a different price. they weren’t bothered to fix my hair and asked for 50 pounds to fix THEIR mess
