I arrived with clean hair for a curly blow dry, I explained my hair doesn't hold a wave well. Blowdried with a brush that kept getting tangled because of the amount of product used, it was sore to remove and took a 2nd staff member 10 minutes to remove the 2nd time. After the 'style' my hair didn't hold for even 5 minutes and I looked dreadful at the wedding. I emailed and felt like the onus was put on me even though it was the paid professional who should have known better and given advice.
