I've only had my first laser treatment so far but Lina was incredibly welcoming, reassuring and knowledgable. She is clearly really passionate about laser but also realistic and informative - explaining when it's not the best treatment, for lighter hair etc. She answered any questions I might have had before I even got to think of them and I feel comfortable asking her any questions between treatments. I'm very excited for the rest of my laser journey!
