The lady doing my eyebrows after me not touching them for months to get a nice shape waxed half my eyebrows of om so upset I told her just leave the other eyebrow alone 😂😑I'm very upset bad shape no shape to my eyebrows and have to draw it on to match my other eyebrow my nails however the lady doing them done a great good

I think this salon has so much potential. I would consider creating more of an ambience, as there was no music the whole time I was there. It’s cold and all I could hear is the cars outside.
Maybe consider:
1.Music
2. Incense sticks
3. Offering customers a cup of tea or coffee
It’s the small things. For me getting my nails done is a treat, so it’s nice to feel like Im enjoying the experience rather than waiting for the technician to finish.
