Firstly, the quality of the devices and tools used during my appointment was alarmingly poor, failing to meet even the most basic standards one would expect from a professional establishment. This not only affected the outcome of their services but also raised concerns about hygiene and safety.
Adding to the discomfort, the staff frequently engaged in conversations in languages other than English around customers, including myself, which made the atmosphere feel unwelcoming and exclusionary.

Perfection! I've hadmy nails done around 1-2 times a year for the last decade and honestly Ting done the most thorough job I've ever received and was very helpful with advice according to what I wanted. Will definitely be back. Thank you so much!
