the staff were very welcoming and made me feel relaxed. My massage was pleasant and I felt unhurried unlike some other treatments I have received at various venues. If there was a downside it was hearing other staff and customers talking quite loudly during the treatment.
The massage therapist was very knowledgeable and experienced in her craft. She identified my key problem areas and concerns ( i have shoulder and back problems) through a brief disccussion before the massage. You might not have any problems but she will ask you what you want and tailor it to your needs, relaxing, deep tissue, etc)
With mine, she used a combination of swedish, deep tissue and sports massage to remedy my tight areas whilst also using the right pressure. An all around great body massage. I fully recommend. They also opened a little bit later for me to attend as I work late which was very kind and much appreciated.
The staff were very friendly and chatty. The only suggestion I have to make the treatment more enjoyable and 100% satisfying is to look into having the treatment room soundproofed a bit better. Although the treatment was relaxing and there was music, I still could hear conversations from the reception area and traffic from the road which was a little hard to drum out.
Other than that minor thing, it was great. Thanks.
It was an OK, experience. The price was really low, I suppose the quality would be according to the price, although its not always the case. I told the therapist in the beginning that i dont mind a firm massage and some pressure would be ok. At times the pressure was ok, but at others it was too soft. Overall, not bad, but I have had much better massages in the past throughout London
My therapist Chris at Unikiss was lovely. The maicure and perdicure did take a long time (over 2 hours), but the end result of the shellac manicure was great
My pedicure was ok, not as good as the manicure
The salon is still new so i presume this is the reason the salon/ambiance was a bit basic
