This was my third Bowen treatment. As ever, it was hugely relaxing and enjoyable. Katherine has been treatment my jaw muscles, which have been tight and painful through clenching. The muscle has loosened a lot, and the pain has gone. Last night was also the first time in months that I wasn’t woken through clenching my jaw at night.
Would really recommend this treatment for any issues with tight muscles

I wanted to treat myself and have a base facial to start my new routine and needed to replenish the wonderful Chakra Oils. Katherine was very happy to help with my requirements as always. I highly recommend the Chakra Oils that she blends herself if you are interested, I use various depending on my needs and they come in handy roller ball formats so we can get on with our days in bliss. I highly recommend Katherine for facials and massage and am looking forward to booking more.
