I had a men's perm three days ago. I chose a different salon this time due to the unavailability of my preferred barbershop. Despite Sam's positive reviews, I was disappointed. I waited 45 mins due to a scheduling overlap, and the outcome was far from what I expected. Instead of curls, my hair was just slightly wavy. It looked fine initially, but after washing it three days later, the curls vanished. I had shown Sam my photos from the previous perm, so it was clear what I wanted. So frustrating

Sam is an utter genius! My hair had been dyed completely the wrong colour by another stylist and Sam knew exactly how to fix it with a half head of gorgeous, glowing highlights. When I went back to have my roots done he again knew instinctively what I needed and wanted. I couldn’t be happier and won’t be going anywhere else!
