Had a little hiccup (the layers were not cut as I expected/asked for) but the team at the salon is extremely understanding and nice, they made sure I was happy with my hair. Even though I had to come back to fix it. Will definitely come back to see Sergei and the team. It's so nice to come across such great customer service

This was my first time having a cut at this salon and Mona was amazing! She was reassuring, clearly knew what she was doing and was really lovely. To top it off, she gave me a great cut and this is definitely now my regular salon! Thanks Mona! x

The root color came up beautifully. I only found quite unpleasant and unprofessional to hear gossips about the owner of the salon that I didn’t ask for.
The trim of my hair has been charged as same as a hair cut (£80) which is quite a lot of money for 1 cm cut in 3 minutes while the root color has been charged £95 for 1h30 of work.
Despite that, the salon is beautiful and well located. Products used are good quality.
