Stylist was over thirty minutes late for my appointment, times are made for a reason so made the rest of my day late. I explained my needs but felt language was a major concern here. I planned to have four inches cut off but only ends done after explaining.With this in mind and language difficulties I bolted to avoid a sunday hair disaster. Only use in an emergancy.
Staff did not know how Treatwell worked and so did not know I was coming. I phoned up on my way there to say I was a bit lost and the lady was quite rude to me as essentially I was an added customer on to her afternoon. Started 15 mins late and put the blame on me for booking through the app and not directly. I did not quite get the service I would have wanted for what I paid. The lady who cut my hair was friendly and didn't do a bad job.
