The atmosphere and the ladies who work there are faultless, absolutely wonderful and charming. But my wax treatment was awful. It was the most painful treatment I've ever had and the next day I had some very raw areas where the wax was repeatedly applied and removed.
Perhaps it is the wax used for the treatment that makes it so difficult. It is such a shame because the actual team and environment are fantastic.
