Luxury mani & pedi. I felt the experience did not live up to expectations, especially given the £110 cost. Upon arrival, I was told there would be an extra charge for colour, even though the Treatwell booking stated it was included. It was eventually resolved, but created an unpleasant start to the service. Limited colour selection meant I was stuck with little choice. Quite slow. While the technician was friendly and very capable, given the price, I was expecting alot more lux.

The massage was amazing just what I needed after being on my feet all week and behind desk!
The team at front desk is very welcoming and the therapist was professional. The place is nice and tidy, it’s slightly hidden but I’m glad I found this place I will be back for sure.

The staff was a delight to talk to but unfortunately the skill was severely lacking. It was so messy and I have SO MUCH leftover wax all over my legs. I’ve been waxing for over 20 years and have never experienced this, unfortunately I won’t be back
