She really saved the day for me! The prior night, I'd gone to another salon and had a terrible, gloopy, smudged pedicure, I had to book in to a new salon to get a brand new pedicure and I got it here! They started with a phone call to me to assess my situation and then recommended I come in earlier. She was so careful with my pedicure and talked me through what she would do to fix mine. I chose a lovely colour and felt entirely confident with my new pedicure and it has set and lasted. Thank you
