This salon is becoming my regular. The therapist makes me feel so comfortable and safe.
The rooms are lovely and clean, if a little small. This doesn't matter for such a treatment however. All staff are friendly and great at their work.
I only put 4 for ambiance because when you first arrive it's not obvious where you wait or if anyone's even noticed you arrive. After your first visit however you trust them and know more about where to go. I particularly like how separated it is from the more upbeat hair salon downstairs as this has been a con for other salons I've been to, especially for other more relaxing treatments.
