The beautician was friendly and made me feel comfortable dispite being heavily pregnant. Would recommend the wax service and will definitely go back!
Bikini Waxing
I called ahead to say I was running late and they kindly kept my slot and allowed me the full hour. The salon itself is very nice, however the room was too bright and due to its location, you could hear a lot of noise from the high street, which didn't have the relaxing affect I wanted. The therapist was good, although due to the communication barrier, the areas I most needed work on were not attended to as well as I would have liked. All in all, whilst the massage was pleasant, it sadly didn't leave me feeling relaxed as anticipated.
Therapeutic Massage
It was the worst ever booked massage!!! I have wasted all my £26. That evening I really needed a good massage and found this deal of 50 mins deep tissue massage for £26, but I have never been so disappointed. The massage was nowhere close to deep tissue and the person who was giving me massage did not know english, so I cudnt explain where is the pain where the massage concentration was needed but I did explain Lucia prior to the session. She said dont worry she will advise the person. To top this bad massage was the time, a 50 mins session ended in 30 mins!!! When i complained, Lucia said she will give me 20 mins extra when j pay next time. I complained why would i want to come back and pay again, she said you paid half so was kind of saying this is what you will expect!! I was like why do you put up such and offer then if you want to provide this kind of service!!! She did not apologise and kept saying next time she will adjust but first of all, I was so upset with the massage itself, then the time of finishing it 20 mins early and then listening to stuff like i paid half so this is what i should except!! I will never go back here again and normally i never ever write reviews but had to write this one becoz its the worst service ever i have received!!! Such a waste of my time plus money with no relief to my back problem.
Deep Tissue Massage
All in all a good experience I did emphasise I wanted neck & shoulder massage however majority of session was back massage only last 5 minutes spent on shoulder and hardly any neck which was the real reason of my booking.
