The massage itself was fine, but customer service was terrible. You go in through a hairdressers downstairs, the staff there were quite rude when I asked where I needed to go. Once upstairs there was absolutely nobody around, I waited 20 minutes before someone finally showed up and didn't apologise, just stated 'oh yes, we are running a bit late'. The massage itself was fine, although I was left feeling extremely greasy afterwards

Had an aromatherapy massage. Lovely therapist who spent time talking to me afterwards about tension areas and what to do about them.
My only gripe was that the room was not dimmed at all.
