I have been here twice now and been treated by two different girls. Both were lovely and chatty and put you at ease. Both times were the least pain I've ever had for a wax and all the hair was gone. My skin wasn't even particularly red which is rare for me as my skin is really sensitive.

Carmela was absolutely lovely. She did a spectacular job.
Nail or Gel Polish Removal
I was pleased over all, particularly with the value for money but wasn't overly happy with the result of the leg wax. There were several areas of hair missed which I had to tweeze out when I got home and my legs weren't smooth at all, even after the redness had gone down.
The lady also did the wrong bikini area wax which I wasn't too bothered about but some people may have been a lot more upset by that than me.
Also, she offered to do my eyebrows which sounded as though it was complimentary and was then told at the end it was extra. I think this should be made clear at the time of doing it so people can choose to pay for an extra or not.
