I booked a shellac mani/pedi for myself and my 2 daughters. The no chip polish on both of my daughters hands and feet were gone (on every digit) within 2 days. Now it has been less than one week and I've lost two toes and chips on 4 of my fingers. I get this service done every two weeks at another salon and NEVER have these problems. They are clearly using rubbish products or don't know what they're doing. Also on my toes the polish is running over on my skin. Basically I wasted 120 pounds plus the 18 pounds of gratuity I left. Also, they don't have a proper pedicure chair which made for a really ammetour experience. On the bright side one of the ladies that works there is super sweet (Italian lady with long hair). She was the only bright side of the experience.

My make up artist was really nice but the make up was a bit too heavy for my liking despite saying before I wanted light make up.
