The place is upstairs and in the back of the hair salon ginger group in Ealing Broadway, great location. The staff were really nice and the woman who did my lashes talked me through the process. It was lying down and comfortable and she checked I was warm enough which was nice. The lift is good and my lashes were also tinted - I would have loved to have had my lower lashes tinted too. I got the LVL spring fling offer so they were at a reduced price which was fab! Good experience.

The masseuse was lovely and polite. The Massage itself was ok, very little time was spend on the back (around 10min max perhaps not even that ) back is the major muscles to be worked on for a deep tissue massage.
Deep Tissue Massage
I got a wax on a last-minute, heavily discounted deal. Lucia was really great - fast, professional, and talked you through the parts that would be most painful. Really appreciated her. The overall salon was nothing special and didn't provide a spa-like experience, but the value was so good it didn't matter.
