I had a leg and arms waxing done by Carmella and it was done very well. She made feel confortable ( I am never at ease when waxing) and did her job professionally. My skin was less reactive than usual after the treatment. I will definitely come back!

Had a facial with the junior therapist but left unhappy. Not the calming treatment I was hoping for. At one point two of the therapists decided to have a chit chat in Italian for about 10 minutes. No apology. Very unprofessional.
