The masseuse was lovely and polite. The Massage itself was ok, very little time was spend on the back (around 10min max perhaps not even that ) back is the major muscles to be worked on for a deep tissue massage.
Deep Tissue Massage
I got a wax on a last-minute, heavily discounted deal. Lucia was really great - fast, professional, and talked you through the parts that would be most painful. Really appreciated her. The overall salon was nothing special and didn't provide a spa-like experience, but the value was so good it didn't matter.
Hollywood Waxing
Bit chaotic as no reception or anyone to check in with. Treatment rooms themselves are clean and staff are polite. However, the treatment didn’t take at all and my lashes are virtually the same as before. Disappointed as previously had a great LVL treatment there.
