All in all a good experience I did emphasise I wanted neck & shoulder massage however majority of session was back massage only last 5 minutes spent on shoulder and hardly any neck which was the real reason of my booking.

The massage itself was fine, but customer service was terrible. You go in through a hairdressers downstairs, the staff there were quite rude when I asked where I needed to go. Once upstairs there was absolutely nobody around, I waited 20 minutes before someone finally showed up and didn't apologise, just stated 'oh yes, we are running a bit late'. The massage itself was fine, although I was left feeling extremely greasy afterwards
