Staff were friendly - however the manicure was rushed at the end (not finished to a good standard - I left with shellac on the skin around my nails/hands not moisturised at the end etc. - despite seeing other customers having these final touches done). The staff mentioned that Treatwell books appointments too close together for them and they struggle to keep to the time slots. Two other customers arrived during my 30 minute appointment - which I think was the reason the work was rushed at the end. I would go back if I couldn’t get appointments elsewhere, but wouldn’t use this salon as first choice.
