Unfortunately I had a really bad first experience - first off the beautician could barely speak any English so I had to guide her - the overall wax was excruciatingly painful and I have had well over 50 waxes in my time. Sorry it's too tmi but the lady didn't do a good enough job at removing all of the hair as o discovered when I had got home. She made me feel quite embarrassed at one point which I won't go into detail on here but if the managers would like to call me to discuss I will be more than happy to go through the whole thing with them. Be all and end all - will never be going back.
Hollywood Waxing
I had a Hollywood wax and everything was perfect except that the therapist went a few times over the same area so it ended up being quite red and painful. besides that a lovely visit

It seemed a bit chaotic but overall the was alright, my nails held out for a week or two before one of them broke off - the rest held up though

The manicure was fine, just it would have been better to have something to dry properly the nail polish since after 3 hours it still was wet.
