I had a wax with Nikole who was fantastic. The wax was very thorough and totally painless and Nikole was very friendly and lovely to chat with throughout. My only comment was because the downstairs Salon is a different company they're not particularly helpful as they don't pass on to the beauty team that you have arrived. I waited for 10 minutes in an empty beauty reception because the beauty team were prepping the room and had no idea I was there, so when you arrive if no one is in reception call 'hello' up the stairs so they know to come down to greet you!! Other then that I was really happy with my treatment and will be coming again!!

Hard Gel Extensions & Overlays
I really liked the masseuse who was thoughtful and caring given that I am pregnant. The massage was in separate rooms but this was not the biggest of deals for us since we knew this in advance. The massage was for 1hr 25 mins but was slightly shorter - around 1hr 10mins but I didn't raise this with the staff member as I was so relaxed. It was good we were able to explain where our bodies were hurting. Will be booking this massage again.
