Unfortunately, the wax took some of my skin off just below one of my eyebrows and there could have been more time spent on the shape as I've been left with a fair few stray hairs. But I don't want to write this salon off as the beautician was friendly and attentive, and it was clean and peaceful above busy Ealing Broadway.
