Nail service good (Get extension refills) but I was so disappointed that I was imposed a trainee to observe & to comment. I wasn’t informed before coming nor was I asked if it was ok for me that a trainee assists.
It’s uncomfortable for some of us to have someone observing & it is rude not to, at the very least, ask for permission.
It’s pampering time after all - time for oneself.
My technician was less focused on the service.
Unpleasant experience overall.
