I’ve been the salon before and have had some decent/ good sets of eyelash extensions. However, the most recent classic set I had was VERY disappointing. There were far too many extensions clumped together in some areas and none in other areas. When I called and messaged the salon owner to complain about the job I received no response. Terrible lashes and even worse customer service. Will not be returning.

I had a lash lift done - lashes are overprocessed and overcurled.
One would think that the lash technician can judge the timing based on their clients lashes. I also noticed that lash nourishment towards the end of the treatment is not part of this service. Poor experience overall.
I now need to reverse the lash lift but definitely not at this salon!
