Katie was very knowledgable and knew what I wanted. She was friendly and explained in detail what she was going to do. The salon was clean and neat.
Katie advised for future treatments, but wasn’t pushy to ‘buy this, buy that and to come back for...’ which I felt was good and unusual. And in a world of so many different skin care choices, I was pleased to be advised by someone who knew what she was advising and that was centred towards my requirements.

The facial was great you only have to look at the before and after photos! Before she started you could play dot to dot on my face with the amount of blackheads I had and when I left there was none!
