Katie was really knowledgable and reassuring throughout the consultation, she took a look at the products I already use and pointed me in the right direction on how best to use those with a few added extras that are more appropriate for my skin complexion. Katie sent me a skin care routine via email which was broken down simply into each day/AM & PM. I found the experience enjoyable and helpful, I now feel confident in how best to look after my skin.
