Alice was very friendly and professional. The extraction process as a part of facial was a bit too uncomfortable for me as compared to what I've felt in the past, it also left slight mark on the places where the pressure was bit much for skin to handle but those marks went away within a day or two. The whole process was well explained by Alice and I felt relaxed during the facial.
