Whilst the wax was really great (skilled and friendly therapist) she re dipped the same wooden stick in the wax for the entire treatment! This is a real hygiene no no as the pot of wax isn’t changed between customers! I would revisit if this was changed

This is a relatively new waxing place (opened less than a year ago). It’s clean and the therapist is very nice and friendly. Only criticism is for the waxing treatment, they could use a better quality wax. The lower the wax quality is, the more it’s sticky and the more it hurts.
