Had a Deep Cleansing Facial with Jess, and it was just what my skin needed! She was professional, friendly, and really knew her stuff. The treatment left my skin feeling refreshed, clean, and smoother than ever. The extractions were done with care, and the whole experience was relaxing from start to finish.

I had the full works facial and it was amazing. Jessica also included a lovely massage. Found the room to be cosy and very clean. I will definitely be coming again!

Booked The Full Works but got the wrong facial as the therapist got mixed up - I got The Ultimate Glow instead. Mostly the same but no steam treatment and had to ask for extractions, which is when Jess realised she’d given me the wrong one. I enjoyed the treatment but the room we were in was tatty & tired - and to be honest pretty unhygienic with old wax, unclean pots, & tissues everywhere. Jess was sweet but I won’t be returning.
